We currently ship from France to all destinations within France and the European Union. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

  • France & Monaco: Free (tracked Colissimo shipping)

  • European Union: 14.90 € (tracked international shipping)

As a special launch offer, all orders shipped to France and Monaco benefit from free tracked Colissimo delivery.

- European Union: 4–10 business days

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, local postal services, and busy periods.

 

Order Tracking

All parcels include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

 

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the EU usually do not incur customs fees. If your country applies any additional charges, these remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

At KAYLA, we take pride in the quality and care that go into every baby bag organizer we create.

We have a remarkably low return rate, but we completely understand that there may be times when you need to return your order, and we’re happy to help.

Returns

We’re pleased to accommodate returns on new, unused, and unopened items.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

    Please note that used or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we receive your request, we will provide the return instructions and address.
Please do not send your package back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will provide return options depending on your location within Europe.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage, as KAYLA is not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe) within a few business days.

Refunds are only available for items returned in new and unused condition.
Used or damaged products are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
